To determine the best US city for weather, the study considered a number of factors, including the following criteria:

Some cities have similar weather but may differ based on winter days, comfortable temperatures, and plentiful sun. 20. Santa Maria, California
With an average annual temperature of 57.5 degrees Fahrenheit, Santa Maria enjoys lovely weather year-round. The city sees an average of 46 days of rain per year, which is less than most other cities in the US. Santa Maria only has 15 days below freezing and 280 sunny days per year, so residents can enjoy the outdoors and soak up some Vitamin D all year long with clear skies.
